Jeremiah P. Starling

Jeremiah Starling was educated at Davidson College (A.B.) and at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received the M. A. and Ph.D. degrees. He held the Rotary International Fellowship for post-graduate work at Edinburgh University.

He taught as a fellow at Chapel Hill, and served as professor of English, as chairman of the department of English, and as a graduate dean at the University of Louisville, from which he now holds the rank of professor emeritus.

He is a founding partner in Summit Associates, which provides communications consulting and design services, and his clients have included Siemens, National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, GlaxoWellcome, Underwriters Laboratories, NEC-TAS, Fujitsu, Johnson Controls, Exide, Gregory Poole, MCI, and other large and small businesses and government agencies.
