Clinical Activities

i. Cutaneous Melanoma and Pigmented Lesion Clinic (PLC): Using total body digital photography and dermoscopy, at-risk or melanoma survivors with multiple atypical nevi are examined according to NCCN guidelines. I have this clinic twice a month.

ii. General Dermatology Clinic: I see patients with inflammatory skin conditions and at risk or keratinocyte carcinomas (basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas) survivors in this clinic. I have this clinic twice a month at Emory. I supervise such clinics twice weekly at the Atlanta VAMC.

iii. Minor procedure clinics: Excisions of keratinocyte carcinomas and benign lesions (e.g. cysts, lipomas), chemical peels for actinic keratoses, botulinum toxin for hyperhidrosis, chemowraps with topical 5-fluoruracil, and intralesional chemotherapy (5-flurouracil and bleomycin). I supervise such clinics weekly at the Atlanta VAMC and have one at Emory approximately once every other month.

iv. TeleDermatology Service: In addition to supervising the service, I read out teledermatology once a week at the Atlanta VAMC.
