Overview
Dr. Hunter is trained in the diagnosis and management of common ocular diseases through medical and surgical intervention. He is highly skilled in cataract and glaucoma surgery. Dr. Hunter provides comprehensive eye care, as well as screening for such conditions as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
He is experienced in all forms of laser and surgical procedures for glaucoma treatment.
In addition, he teaches glaucoma management and treatment at the Durham VA Medical Center to medical students and residents.
