Tyler Wilson
Student

Currently a graduate student in the Physics department at Duke University. Though I am still an early career graduate, I am cultivating the skills needed to work with the Delaire research group at the interface between materials science and modern condensed matter physics.

My skill set is mostly centered around computational science. In particular, I've enjoyed working with Monte Carlo Simulations and Artificial Intelligence to understand physical systems. I am also interested in exploring software development in scientific research applications. On the experimental front, I hope to learn skills such as crystal synthesis, x-ray diffraction, and raman spectroscopy.

On the more personal side, I quite enjoy playing classical guitar in the evenings, and I am trying to learn German.
