Over 30 years experience in curriculum development facilitating classroom/practical application of (entry through advanced) standard/non-standard training, including the application of leadership theory in a vast array of dynamic situations based on training evolutions, sustainment training, and pre-deployment training from 2-man elements up to and including organizations of over 500 personnel. Experienced in analytical, productivity, and efficiency enhancement, focusing on developing training and curriculum standards, project planning, and tracking and reviewing. Effective communication with diverse audiences, from lower-level audiences to executive suite personnel, including Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Combatant Commanders, and numerous levels of staff.
