Overview
Hi everyone! This is Yuxia Xie. I am a Postdoctoral Associate in the Dept. of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at Duke University, where I work with Dr. Jichun Xie. I received my Ph.D. from Tongji University, where I was trained in computer science. My research interests lie at the intersection of data analysis, machine learning, bioinformatics, and deep learning, with a focus on developing computational methods for complex biological data.
