Radiotherapy planning of abdominal sites possesses its unique requirement of physicist services in the modern radiation oncology clinics. This chapter will focus on photon-based treatment planning for abdominal sites from a physicist’s perspective following a complete treatment planning workflow, including patient assessment, initial simulation, key technical steps in plan development and evaluation, and communication with other care-givers.
