In the published version of this article, section 1.2, the sentence “The ratio of the width of the grip section to the width of the gauge section was controlled at 3:1 (ratio described as grip:gauge).” contains an incorrect ratio. The correct sentence should read: “The ratio of the width of the grip section to the width of the gauge section was controlled at 2:1 (ratio described as grip:gauge).” The authors apologize for any inconvenience caused.
