Ultrasonography and neuroimaging have been used in management of retinoblastoma for decades. In recent years, newer diagnostic modalities like optical coherence tomography (OCT), optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) and fluorescein angiography (FA) have been increasingly used in retinoblastoma diagnosis, for monitoring treatment response and early detection of tumor recurrence. This chapter discusses their clinical use and limitations.
