Jazmine D. Castillo is a MS student at the Department of Population Health Sciences in the Duke School of Medicine. Castillo graduated from Rice University in 2023 where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Biosciences, with a concentration in Integrative Biology. Castillo is interested in research concerning health equity and social determinants of health, especially as they apply to autoimmune diseases such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
