Material culture of Bronze and Iron Age Greece and the Near East, with a special focus on Anatolia. Thematic interests include political identity formation; cross-cultural interaction; monumental architecture and urbanism; performance and ritual; alcohol and feasting; craft production studies, especially textiles; women and gender studies.
