Overview

I got my bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Marburg in Germany before moving to Sweden to study for my Masters degree at the University of Linköping. I ended up staying in Linköping to pursue a PhD degree studying DNA methylation in healthy and malignant T-cells in the group of Colm Nestor. In 2025 I joined the San Roman lab as a postdoctoral associate to study the impact that our sex chromosomes have on tissue dynamics and sex differences in humans.
