Research Interests

My current research interests are to develop, evaluate and implement decision support tools for clinicians caring for patients with peripheral arterial disease.  My approach is based on three fundamental principles of open-source informatics, human-centered design, and remote collaboration.  I have a background in quality improvement, patient safety, EMR development, and coding/collaboration in R.  I am also the co-founder and managing editor for Audible Bleeding: The Vascular Surgery Podcast.
