Overview


I am an Assistant Professor at Duke University School of Law. I received my Ph.D. in Financial Economics from Yale University, my J.D. from Yale Law School, and B.A. in Economics from Princeton University. My research focuses on antitrust law, industrial organization economics, and corporate finance.
