Overview
Bailey Sanders is a visiting assistant professor at Duke Law. Her research focuses on the ways in which market competition advances gender equality, as well as women’s representation in politics and the judiciary. Her research has been published in Legislative Studies Quarterly, Perspectives on Politics (with Danielle Thomsen), The Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal (with Jane Wettach), the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy and the UCLA Journal Gender & Law. My dissertation, "Partisan Bridging and its Gendered Dimensions," was funded by a National Science Foundation Dissertation Grant.
