Research Interests

  • I am interested in leveraging machine learning, statistical models, and network-graph analytics through MATLAB, R, and Python to uncover the brain's structural and functional mechanisms underlying human behavior. My focus is on analyzing large-scale MEGA datasets, which include tens of thousands of brain voxels per individual across thousands of subjects. These datasets encompass clinical populations with mental disorders such as Alzheimer's Disease (AD), Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Addiction.
  • I am also interested in understanding the neural mechanisms underlying various aspects of human social activity, including social synchrony, trust and collaboration, betrayal and moral injury, and face recognition.
