Current Research Interests

is currently teaching language, writing, and culture courses in the Romance Studies Department at Duke University.   She has more than fifteen years of experience teaching and developing course materials at NC State, Wake Tech, UNC-CH, and Duke.  Her primary area of interest is using technology to encourage students to collaborate more effectively.   Her scholarly work provides new insights into the ways in which communities interact.
