Interdisciplinary Research Training Program in AIDS (IRTPA) · November 2024 Awarded by: NIAID Trainee in a T32 training program that aims to develop biomedical investigators through HIV related research. My research focuses on the uptake and early implementation of DoxyPEP among people at risk of acquiring HIV and people living with HIV.
Pilot Grant · July 2023 Awarded by: Duke Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) Awarded a pilot grant from the Duke CFAR to investigate patient perspectives on the integration of chronic disease management into bimonthly long-acting injectable antiretroviral therapy visits. For this study, I conducted in-depth interviews with 24 people living with HIV and performed inductive thematic qualitative analysis on the transcript data to inform subsequent program development.
