Overview
Hello! My name is Greg Hernandez and I am a PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering working under the supervision of Dr. Steven Cummer. My undergraduate education is in Audio and Music Engineering from the University of Rochester and my master's degree is in Acoustical Engineering from the University of Southampton, Institute of Sound and Vibration Research. I have an interest in controlling noise pollution with active control technologies and acoustic metamaterials. Additionally, I am also very interested in loudspeaker designing, musical composition, and just general acoustics! In my free time I enjoy kayaking, playing basketball, and producing electronic dance music.
