  • Clinical trials (both early and late phase); clinical database and registry-based research including comparative effectiveness
  • Evidence-based practice and emerging technologies in critical care and cardiovascular surgery including transcatheter valvular and aortic aneurysm treatments, prevention of vein graft failure, value-based protocols, and perioperative care
  • Quality improvement and best practices in adult cardiac surgery including treatment options for valvular heart disease, aortic aneurysm, enhanced recovery, and coronary heart disease
