Katherine Carithers is a fourth-year doctoral candidate in English pursuing Certificates in Feminist Studies, College Teaching, and Teaching Writing in the Disciplines. She received her B.A. in English from Dartmouth College.
Her research focuses on representations of desire in nineteenth-century British novels. Her research interests include novel studies, contemporary gender and sexuality studies, queer theory, postcolonial theory, psychoanalysis, and deconstruction.
