Overview
Kim Howard serves as the surgical curriculum coordinator at the Duke PA Program, and provides instruction in lecture, laboratory, and small group settings across the curriculum. Her areas of clinical and educational interest include benign esophageal disease and associated foregut surgery, as well as general thoracic surgery.
After working as a PA in thoracic surgery at Duke for 13 years, she has now transitioned to the PA program the majority of her time, and continues to practice clinically in the Esophageal Center at Duke.
