Lai Yee Phoon

I am studying how the telomerase inhibitor and PROTAC alter the internal cellular processes in telomerase-positive cells. My main focus is to understand how PROTAC triggers telomere crisis more effectively than its inhibitor. My previous project includes studying the role of TRDMT1 in DNA damage response in cell-based experiments and animal models.
