Overview
I enjoy getting to know my patients and taking care of them their whole life from adolescence, from needing contraception, to being pregnant, to needing a hysterectomy or transitioning into menopause. Beyond these things, my special interests include family planning, laparoscopic surgery, health care disparities, and resident education. I was born in Eastern North Carolina but grew up in Knightdale. Growing up, I always wanted to deliver babies, now being in the field of obstetrics and gynecology; I do just that and much more. When I’m not working, I’m spending time with family and friends, most importantly my husband and children.
