Research Interests

My research focuses on theoretical and computational studies of quantum many-body systems. I am interested in how collective phenomena such as symmetry breaking emerge from microscopic interactions on a lattice. These problems lie at the intersection of condensed matter physics, statistical mechanics, and quantum field theory.

A central theme of my work is the study of quantum critical points, where many-body systems exhibit universal scaling behavior and can often be described by continuum quantum field theories. Understanding such critical phenomena provides insight into both strongly correlated materials and fundamental aspects of quantum field theory.

More concretely, my research involves lattice realizations of gauge theories and exotic spin systems, including generalized quantum magnet models on various types of lattice geometries. It is hoped that these systems can teach us about certain universal properties of continuum quantum field theories that are difficult to study analytically.
