I am a neuropsychiatrist and cognitive neuroscientist with current research interests in methods to enhance neural plasticity and resilience with brain stimulation (particularly transcranial magnetic stimulation), digital therapeutics, and evidence-based stress management tools (such as breathing-based and meditation-based techniques).
