My group lead the " Early meaningful clinical experience" initiative. I conceptualized, and expanded an early intervention, involving assimilation of first year medical students in outpatient settings to initiate meaningful connections with patients. This project "Learning to build meaningful connections" along with other collaborative work was incorporated in final recommendations for curriculum reform.
