Overview
I am a Neuroscience and Psychology graduate, currently working in the Matsunami Lab. My research focuses on understanding how copper metabolism impacts olfaction in Wilson's disease, particularly investigating how the inability to smell sulfur affects physiology and behavior.
In addition to my research, I serve as the Co-Chair for the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee in the Molecular Genetics and Microbiology (MGM) Department, where I organize initiatives to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
I am passionate about unraveling the complexities of the brain and behavior, and I am excited to continue my academic journey by applying to graduate programs. Always eager to connect with fellow researchers and professionals in the field!
