Overview
My research interest focuses on the quality of care of HIV-infected individuals. I am currently studying several aspects of this care including: 1) the differences in primary care of the HIV-infected by generalist versus specialist physicians; 2) education of physicians in training with respect to the care of HIV patients in the outpatient settings; 3) physical examination of HIV-infected patients; 4) differences in care between men and women with HIV-infection; 5) differences in care of older patients with HIV infection (age 60 or older).
