Overview
Dr. Shaheen completed Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Maryland (2016) and fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Duke University (2016). He actively has dual-appointments through Emergency Medicine and Orthopedics. Currently, he works with all levels of medical education and has several active projects in ultrasound and Sports Medicine. He assists Duke Athletic teams with coverage, training, and emergency preparedness.
