Overview
Victoria Shiroma Wilson is a lecturing fellow in the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Her academic interests include the impact of sociocultural identity formation in global leadership, the influence of social systems on individual decision-making, and organizational identity and change.
In addition to her academic appointments, Victoria consults with higher education institutions to design or refresh academic and professional development programs to better align with the needs of the current marketplace. She is a certified professional coach who acts as an advisor to senior institutional leaders implementing change initiatives.
