Overview
My research focuses on the regulation and pharmacology of critical protein related to DNA damage/DNA replication problems involving cancer development and tumorigenesis. The long-term goal of my research is to discovery new drug candidate or strategies to target cancer cells by utilizing both experimental and computational approaches ranging from molecular modeling, bioinformatics, molecular dynamics simulations, rational drug design, CADD, AIDD and machine learning.
