Primary leiomyoma of the liver.

A 30-yr-old woman with right upper quadrant abdominal pain was found to have a hepatic leiomyoma. This is the youngest patient in whom this rare tumor has been found. The diagnostic approach toward gastrointestinal leiomyomata is emphasized, including the role of immunohistochemistry.
