Erratum: Asymmetric wide-field optical model of the human eye with tilted and decentered crystalline lens that reproduces experimentally measured aberrations(Optica, (2015), 2, 124, 10.1364/OPTICA.5.001461)
This erratum corrects typographical errors that appeared in Table 1 of our earlier article [Optica 2, 124 (2015)]. In addition, the model dataset (“Wide-Field Eye Model”) is included as supplementary material. © 2018 Optical Society of America under the terms of the OSA Open Access Publishing Agreement(Table Presented). A typographical error in Table 1 of our manuscript “Wide-field optical model of the human eye with asymmetrically tilted and decentered lens that reproduces measured ocular aberrations” [1] has been corrected below. The corrections are on the following two lines: Cornea P X, Y −6.469, − 6.110 − 0.161, 0.208 Cornea A X, Y −7.760, − 7.688 − −0.052, 0.007: Additionally, we included a Zemax file of the eye model as a Dataset 1, Ref. [2]. The “SGRIN.DAT” file in the unzipped folder should be copied into “c:/users/UserName/My Documents/Zemax/GLASSCAT”. The existing SGRIN.DAT file can either be overwritten or the contents of the new SGRIN.DAT can be appended to the end of the file. The SGRIN.DAT file can be opened with a text editor such as Notepad or Microsoft Word. After the SGRIN.DAT file has been updated, double-clicking the. zar file will load the eye model into Zemax. Instructions for and precautious while using the eye model were described in the supplemental materials of [1].
