This chapter reviews the indications, limitations, and interpretation of an upper and lower extremity vein mapping for bypass graft conduit. It discusses how to prepare the patient and perform the ultrasound from a technician's perspective. It also evaluates the clinical criteria used to identify conduits for a successful bypass.
