FEA cathodes (FEACs) for space based applications

The capability of field emitter array cathodes (FEAC) for space applications as a function of materials, geometry, and space charge limitations is analyzed by FEA. The parameters equipped of FEAC is in terms of emission performance, lifetime, operational configurations and condition are identified.
