Research on the laser photoelectronic 3-dimensional displacements measurement system

New and simple methods for measuring 3-D line and angle displacements of rigid body are proposed. Laser diodes (LD) and CMOS image sensors (CIS) are used as light sources and photodetectors, respectively. The experimental results show that the new methods have high accuracy, high processing speed, and high reliability, and are easily realized.
