Developmental renal artery and abdominal aortic disease is complex and is often associated with refractory hypertension. The clinical spectrum of this disease has been well defined and a variety of surgical interventions exist with the expectation that the majority of children will benefit from appropriately planned and conducted endovascular or open surgical procedures.
