Description of multi-particle cluster correlations in the ground state of many-body systems

A new method to describe the presence of multi-particle clusters in the ground state (vacuum) of a many-body system is presented. It relies on a unitary transformation in Fock space and can be used to investigate alpha -clustering in nuclei as well as clustering in the QCD and in the QED vacua.
