Aerodynamic forces on flexible plate embedded in rigid half-space, undergoing arbitrary temporal and spatial motion are determined; general case of arbitrary time (as well as spatial) dependence of plate motion is considered; pertinent to stability of fluid-plate system (plate or panel flutter) and to response of system to pressure fluctuations in turbulent boundary layer.
