Remarks that the experimental values of the Michel parameter (ρ) and the back - front (B/F) ratio for decay electrons between 0 and 10 MeV seem inconsistent with predictions of the two-component theory assuming the decay process: μ→ e+ν+ν¯. It is suggested that in addition there may be a decay into e+2ν (or 2ν¯) which will enable a fit to be made by suitable choice of coupling constants. The assymetry parameter (α) and B/F are tabulated for several values of ρ and the coupling constants.
