Case 4-1975: Sexual Precocity with Polyostotic Fibrous Dysplasia

Presentation of Case First admission. A two-and-a-half-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital because of sexual precocity. She was born at 42 weeks of gestation, with a birth weight of 2.4 kg. Café-au-lait spots were noted at birth. Vaginal spotting of blood was observed at six months of age and irregularly during the succeeding year, and breast enlargement was noticed at 12 months of age.
