
Surgical templates for orthopedic operative reports.

Generating an operative report after a surgical procedure is a critical but time-consuming and expensive task for every physician. Use of a template can shorten this process. This article describes an easy method by which a physician can create a template that can be customized to allow discussion of unique features of a given case.
