Osteoid osteoma is a well recognized benign bone tumor which was first described by Jaffe in 1935 as a distinct clinicopathologic entity. Osteoid osteomas are more common in the long bones and much rarer in the flat bones. This case report, we believe, is only the second reported case in the world literature of osteoid osteoma in the clavicle with surgical proof. In this case report, special emphasis has been placed on the different radiologic diagnostic modalities which are often needed to diagnose this pathologic entity.
