The decay structure of the particle-unstable nucleus [Formula Presented] was studied using the method of sequential neutron decay spectroscopy (SNDS) at 0°. The decay energies of [Formula Presented] can be derived from the relative velocity spectrum of the [Formula Presented] daughter and the neutron measured in coincidence. Evidence for low-lying s-wave strength was observed with a scattering length of [Formula Presented] corresponding to a peak energy of [Formula Presented] © 1999 The American Physical Society.
