Research Interests

My current research focuses on below two dimensions of cancer research, especially in the field of cancer immunological research: (1)The clinic-based discovery of novel antitumor targets and their relationships to those key carcinogenesis-related pathways and tumor immune microenvironment, using state-of-the-art omics data mining tools, CRISPR-Cas9 related gene editing technologies, and high-throughput screening methods; (2)The clinic-oriented development of novel antitumor strategies based on the above discoveries, to be initially validated at the preclinical level both in vitro and in vivo, and ultimately translated into clinical trials in the late stage.
