I am a historian of the environment, technology, and climate. My research focuses on infrastructure, environmental justice, and climate policy.

My most recent article on infrastructure and inequality in the District of Columbia can be found here, in the Journal of Urban History.

My forthcoming book examines the history and legacy of the Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative, which operated from 2010-2020. It can be found here.
