E. Allan Lind
Professor Emeritus
Allan Lind is the James L. Vincent Professor Emeritus of Leadership and a social psychologist emeritus faculty of the Fuqua School of Business. He has conducted research on procedural justice which is being used to redesign administrative procedures in Europe, North America, and other parts of the world. This work, which he presented in a keynote address of the Spring working meeting of the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), has been included in model government procedures for the forty members of the OECD. He also conducts research on leadership, organizational and management processes, and cross-cultural differences in political and organizational behavior.
