Advising & Mentoring
Dr. Myers has a unique combination of entrepreneurial and life sciences technology translation/commercialization experience. As such he acts as an advisor to faculty on how to position their innovations, negotiate agreements, and advance their technology to market. Through the CTSA consult service Dr. Myers team oversees dozens of funded projects providing strategic guidance to research in therapeutics, devices, diagnostics and combination products. Nationally, he mentors and advises several companies producing safety technologies to facilitate their competing for translational research funds.
