Overview
Dr. Myers is an educator, administrator, and researcher within the Doctor of Physical Therapy Division. Her research primarily centers around clinical education, with a focus on the development of clinicians as educators. As the co-Director of Clinical Education and Assistant Director of Curriculum within the DPT program, she leads curriculum development and design initiatives, prepration for students for their pivotal clinical experiences, and support and development of clinical educators at sites across the country who host Duke DPT students. She is the author of articles found in Physical Therapy and the Journal of Physical Therapy Education, and presents regularly at the American Physical Therapy Association's national conferences.
